Question for the Premium Users

Is the premium membership just like how it was in, Aion? IE: You buy a month of Aion time and you actually get a month of online play time, or in layman terms,  the time only ticks down while you're logged in. Or, is it like wow where you get a month and regardless of if you're online or not it expires after a month's duration.

It's like WoW and FFXIV. You have 30 days from the moment you sub regardless if you actually play the game.
