Current Queue fix plan?

I know they were mentioning that the plan to fix the queues was by adding more servers. They added more servers but the queue is still like 8 hours+ during peak hours.

 

Is a new plan to fix the ridiculous queue times?

 

Is there a way to get a refund on character slots expansion since basically I can't even play the game?

You can find our current state of the queues within the News and Announcements section of the forums, the latest thread being More Servers On The Way. We are also working diligently with the development team for the possible implementation of a server transfer system. We'll be sure to keep everyone updated as soon as we have more information.
