Hey,iw as having a conversation about the servers withmy friend about this topic.they found out that an eu server (hao district) is located in us?is that the case?and i fos?which eu server should ahve the lower ping for eu-east?

As far as i know all EU servers are in Germany. Which is funny cause even if they are in Germany they still use NA time for the metainance schedule, which is just sad imo

Unless NCsoft is doing some mumbo jumbo, then yes, all signs (except their word for it) point to at least some EU servers still being located in the US.

This misunderstanding is due to a common error users are making when testing their connections, they see a connection to an authentication server and assume it is also the game server.

Can i ask then WHY THE *cricket* are the EU servers making menteinance AFTER THE NA TIME? Seriously? All EU had to wait 3-4 hours in the middle of the day for that. Can you guys do anything right?
