Hm I got mine on my 6th run? I was just doing the dungeon for fun yesterday and it dropped and I got it for 40 silver. I guess it's just semi rare since people usually bid a lot of gold for it.

Yeah that was my second run haha and won it for 22 silver. I'm now poor :(
