Chapter 23 Bug - Can't move on

I get chapter 23 The problem with poggles and the NPC that I supposed to talk to doesn't have the yellow quest so what do I do now?

you could try and abandon quest and redo or you may be missing something

It is the main quest line you can't abandon it. I haven't bother to visit the tower, think that's where i need to turn in the quest.

 

Edit: Ignore me saying turning in at the tower, is a different quest.

Too little information to go on as there are more than one stage to that chapter. I completed it and had no issues with it, but i am leveling more than one character, so if you could provide more information than just an "NPC" maybe you'll get the help you need.

When I go up to Chunsam in Chapter 23, there is no yellow arrow over his head.  This is on 'THE PROBLEM WITH PLOGGLES".. This is the main story line and I can not go forward.  I got a second character to this same point with the very same results.    I obviously can't keep playing this game in I have a game limit of level 29 or 30.  Any ideas??

Only thing I found is that you may have to be level 30 for it to work.
