My friend didint recieved a gift

Today i bought a gift to my friend - her nickname in game is Jooyi, acount name is Kitsune0305. The gift was 30 day membership. It didint applied to her account, we checked it inside game, on bns site and on nc account.

Has your friend tried relogging into the client, checked the mail too? I gifted premium membership several times and it worked fine so far.

 

If nothing works, you should send a ticket to support (Billing support). Unless it's a silly issue like not noticing the mail or not claiming the item, forums won't be able to help you.
