hi i got few question to ask :

 

1. can i use my visa debit card (bank card) to purchase any premium package or NCsoft coin?

2. IP restriction. i use random ip address by local provider and dont have any dedicated ip. can i still play the game?

2. This is tricky to answer beyond 'it depends', I would recommend playing without spending anything for a few days to make sure.

My VISA works fine, so I do not think you will have any problems with using your credit card to pay for Coins.

I have got dynamic IP and did not encounter any issues whatsoever, apart from having to check my e-mail every time I log in and putting in the code because of MUH SECURITY.

 

Either way, you should be fine.
