[NCSoft] English PvP section is disabled...

Hello English NCSOFT team can you please open PvP section?
German and French are open and i can post there but in English we can't.

Apologies for that oversight! There was a last minute change which caused both subforums to vanish. I'm fixing that right now, give me 5 minutes :)

It's been disabled for awhile lol I'm surprised no one on staff noticed till now xD Ive seen it but thought it would be enabled once launch day comes.
