not seeing founder pack items

Not sure why but i do not have any of my founder pack items or NCpoints. heck my VIP is not even active yet i bought the top tier back. Any input on this?

After you apply the code, as I hear you need to be level 4 because... reasons. There's no point trying to understand NCsoft and their ways.
