Can anybody actually access the game yet?

After typing my PIN code I am stuck at the Blade and Soul screen endlessly looping

Got to Lv3, game crashed, been in queue ever since..

My first day is probably going to be nothing but queue'ing. Haha this is kinda sad. The time hasnt gone down for an hour infact it went up. lol

I'm in queue but I want to know why the number keeps rising? Is it just telling me the amount of people also sitting in queue or is it my position in the queue? I hope it isn't the latter because that would make NO sense.
