In the keybinds I think the default is ctrl + x. If you press it once it will take away the hud but not names, the second time it will get rid of everything.

You can press shift + F2 to change camera types. Classic mode lets you rotate the camera around your character while holding left click. You can do the same in the default mode by holding alt + right click (i think?) but it takes more effort and is harder to take pictures that way lol.
