This happened to me during the transition from UE3 to UE4. Open a CMD and run it as Administrator. Type "netsh winsock reset" without the quotes. Hit enter and wait until confirmation appears, followed by a new command prompt line. At that point restart your computer and try again to connect. Hope that helps.

Just doing this post to let ppl know that the outfit is still obtainable in 2023. No joke, I've been trying to get this outfit since 2020 and I finally get it after so many years.

1. For a party you need to check Faction and World Chats, everyone is posting stuff like "F8 1/4" or "DB 1/4", people don't use the region chat on F8 anymore to look for parties, Cerulean Chat is more active than Crimson so that can help. 2. Earthen Coins were from the last event so you can't get those anymore, about Sterling Crystals, there are several options, you can get 2 from the NPC Gillyu in the Northern Continent (if you don't know where that is, complete the story quest). On Mushin Tower, the NPC Trader Gang Sanhae, will sell you 3 pieces, right now there is the soul league event, if you manage to get to gold level or higher, you can buy 4 from the NPC Moon Hojoon in Solak and lastly you can run old dungeons in hard mode to get those as well (but this never happen only get the gear and friends that can help you). 3. Stage 5 is available to anyone from the very beginning but I'm assuming maybe ppl don't take you there because of your gear, is a good idea to focus on completing soul boost so you can get the Starcross Equipment with that you can start doing stage 5, also try to watch youtube videos to learn the mechanics of the new dungeons that will help, because right now there's a lot of toxic ppl that won't help or don't like to have ppl that doesn't know all the mechanics of the new dungeons. 4. I can't answer that, I don't know anything about it. Focus on doing Soul Boost, to get the basic gear you will need. Hope that helps.

@PookieThips I believe that person said that a ticket with support should help. It may be a good idea as well to link this post on your ticket so maybe they can have it easier to help you.

@Simoleon can you explain a bit more of what exactly customer support will do in these cases? The Soul Boost error has been already for more than a month now and other users have posted about this issue. Topic#1 I open a ticket to only received a pathetic excuse that support can't do anything when I asked them to escalate the situation since is something affecting the whole community, the only thing they did was to escalate my ticket with "Senior" support only said to keep an eye on the forums for news... so what game are guys playing sending ppl back and forth? I have been playing this game since 2019 and honestly, I have never been so disappointed and sad with a game. These people have no open and clear communication with their community. Every time, their only attitude is to make drastic changes without giving a Fuc-k about what the community wants or as if they have long lost their love for this game, and with that, this game is not worthy of anyone's time, those who continue to play is just out of habit. They have lost countless people who love this game over the years but leave knowing that this is like the toxic relationship you want to get away from. And there are countless problems that I won't point out now because they are already known problems that they would never take the time to fix or control. Like this post, it will be lost in the sands of the nothingness of this company's disinterest in making a change.

Today I tried opening a ticket because I'm missing Chimera Quest to clear stages 2 and 3, as well as Altar of Infinite. Funny enough they told me they will open an investigation... like for the love of God this ALWAYS happens with BnS/NCsoft staff they acted like they don't know a Fxxx. I really hope they do something because is not fair losing the outfit just because. Ticket: #23903478

Hello! Hope everyone is doing fine, so I get affected by the mistake on SB as well and now that I finished with my two alters I notice my Heart is still missing a Heart Evolution Stone. So I tried to open a ticket and the GM there said "hey we are aware of it, just read the forum...." So well. here I'm reading about and I don't see any comment about those stones... is there something I can do to get the stone or not? I just want to know that. Oh thanks for the reply, that is really sad to read. There are a lot of outfits and adornments that are not obtainable anymore or they are really hard to get. I just wish I could spent more time collecting those instead of gearing up like dumb...

Sorry to reopen this old thread but I'm trying to farm this outfit I don't mind spending a lot of time I'm one of those who have a lot of patience. However I don't see any quest on my map to being able to fight against the monster who drop it. I find this video from 2016 and non of those quest are available now... is due a problem with the UE4 update?
