  1. The only way to transfer gear in this game is by sealing with items that cost real money. When you view the item with the UI(left click the bracelet and select the magnifying glass), you should see a seal icon. If it's highlighted you can seal it. If it's not highlighted, you can't seal it. I think you can though.

  2. The reason they are not adding any major content is because if they continue to add more content, the games performance will continue to plummet with every major update. So there trying to stall and revamp old content and add minimal updates to the game until they deal with this supposed UE4 upgrade . Now they did announce the Astromancer for the end of September so you have at least that to look forward to. But don't except any major updates to the game until they release UE4 because it's either that or shutdown.

  3. So I've been talking to the devs and others for a few weeks and, basically from the information i've been getting, it seems that problem is not really UE3, but rather =ow the game was built originally back in 2011 or 2012. Since theyre adding more and more content to the game, because of how they built the game using UE3, the client is having trouble dealing with new content like 3rd specs, newer dungeons and raids like WC, CC, H0, SP, etc, open world areas like moon refuge, mushins tower, blah blah blah.. So instead of actually reworking UE3, apparently it's easier for them to just upgrade to UE4. I just don't understand why they won't just be blunt and say that their working on performance.....are they scared that if they say something more people will stop spending money? Is it a surprise? Are they still working on it?!!!!!!!! Jeez..

first of all I want to say thank you for the great games in my generation, there are so many out there and this is one of them. this is my first post on this forum and i want to express how happy i am to be able to play this game also want to give a little feedback about  this game.  Now I want to talk about "moonlight buds" and "gilded triangular gems" which we can find in Moon Refuge.  I am very excited every day to spend time after doing the "daily challenge" and "weekly challenge". I always spend my time collecting "moonlight buds", after I have collected enough two thousand moonlight buds I exchange them to the NPC to get 5 gilded triangular gem chests.  for four hundred "moonlight buds" per unit, at that time I was very happy with the success I collected that much every time I took the time to stay in the Moon Refuge. But the feeling of joy did not last long because of what? ... I open it (  the chest) and what I get three of them are the same gems, so ... from five chests I can only get three gems that I can use the rest I sell to the NPC again ... well ... the gems are worth five gold  per unit, then I lost eight hundred "moonlight buds" which were replaced by only ten gold, isn't it better to raise the price of the chest by eight hundred or one thousand maybe to  getting the gems we want right away will really help players like me, or maybe make it cheaper than the current price to get random gems from the gem chest, like the octagonal chest from the NPC in the "mushin tower" which is very cheap, this is very  It is very, very helpful for novice players or players who focus on other things first before returning to gems, such as accessories and materials, some players like that.  so ... I don't mind increasing the price of the gilded gem chest but we can choose what we want and need, right ?.  and also the SS price on the NPC is also expensive because we can get it from the raid directly. Please consider again so that players like me can enjoy what we have achieved more so far, sorry for my bad English and thank you for reading.

Hm I can see your point. Of course Ayanaye mentioned you can trade them in to try again, but it can be a long process getting the gems you need. Now I will say, the legendary gems are pretty damn valuable. There giving you straight up AP. So I don't know if its time yet for them to make those cheaper. You may see a lot of other players with really high level gems, but the reality is the amount of resources and gold you need to get those gems is insane. Most people get gems from events or just whaling the ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ out, because they are super ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ expensive. Rightfully so because a full set of max gems boosts your damage quite a bit compared to gilded tri. So the legendary gilded tri gems are pretty meta...sort of. Maybe like a year from now they'll reduce but I don't know if that's a good idea now. Anybody else feel differently?

Do not throw away or sell duplicate gems, you can trade them again with way less moonlight buds for another gem chest. It's right below the regular 400 buds chest, the cost is one gilded triangular gem of any color plus 130 buds I guess. I know the rng with these chests sucks, but this option is better than nothing. Of course as soon as you get a gem of a different color that you want to use you have to farm 400 buds again for your next one.

    is it 130 or 180??

  6. Let's look beyond the problems with the event, and lets look at the event itself. It was not very good. They should make better events. That's the real issue. Rather than complaining about not being able to open all 60 lamps, you should talk more about why we need better events.

  7. I don't understand why they keep adding content for players that are already powerful. The weapon enchantment system, and now this compound system? These upgrades are so useless. Why not add another level cap or a new piece of gear? Or add an area that benefits newer players so they can participate in current content?

  8. This is such a good idea. Since they made factions meaningless now, they should add another chat group that allows the entire server to communicate. I have my main in ceru and my alts in crim. A lot of the time I see so many cerus recruiting for weeklies, but crim not as much. So it would help a lot with players getting stuff done. We also have to consider that this would be a universal change for all regions. So NA devs might accidentally add more stuttering and freezing into the game by adding a feature like this because they're Sunshines.

  9. What I hate the most is that time and time again, support will tell you to post your suggestions and concerns on the forums. But clearly nobody is reading these posts. Hundreds of players have complained about performance, hundreds of players have complained about gold and the progression system, and hundreds of players have complained about all the other problems in the game every single week. But every patch that we get is just another addition to the game, but no changes at all. The only recent change that they made was adding gold to weeklies, which originally I thought was ok. But now were starting to realize how stupid this was considering we could make more gold on multiple characters with less people every day. So they took away our gold, and they gave it back, but not in the way we asked for it. Its so frustrating.

I have noticed the same pattern for a while now and I think it can be attributed to NCSoft continually failing to meet the expectations of it's player base.

The recent server location moved the server to a somewhat central location in NA to a location on the far east increasing the ping of more players than it lowered.
They completely botched the handling of of the Moontide costume issue which while it probably helped to increase the player base initially and increase interest in the game, has since turned a lot of players away with NCSofts retaliation against it's community.
"Events" which players relied on in the past to farm oils for gear progression have become more and more limiting with higher/less interesting (afk events) costs for less rewards.
The only way to effectively farm oils outside of events is content that has been revamped three times now. This is supposed to be "Blade and Soul" not "Bland and rip you Soul out with MSP farm simulator." I am not complaining about revamping old content here and there to bring it to the current gear level like they are doing for Naryu Sanctum and potentially Nightshade Harbor, but continuously keeping one instance a core part of the game when it's already not exactly "fun" is excessive and lazy.
New content has been/largely will be, nothing more but further stat padding. The new "Compound" system, the extra gems on pets, the unity system, it's all just an impossible grind to get players to fork out cash for the easy way out.
They have further pushed players into a corner by reducing rewards from dungeons to fix their past mistakes with overzealous events (looking at the Hunters Refuge event) so there is less and less reason to run dungeons once you have farmed your 100 run achievement or farmed out your gear from the latest dungeon.

Honestly the list can go on and in all fairness no company is capable of pleasing it's entire player base, but there has to be some sort of balance between keeping the players happy and keeping the investors happy, otherwise players leave, dungeon ques become empty, revenues drop, and no one wins.

100% agree with this. I wish they would put some effort into this game. Even with all the mistakes they've made in the past, If the very next patch they released was really good, tons of people come back.

I mean players do their weeklies when they want to do them, you cant blame players for that.

Also most players farm MSP now plus a lot of parties are being made directly on the server hence people rarely use the f8 lobby. Imo f8 should jsut be removed and people should use f7 on the server.

Don't get it twisted, I'm not bashing anyone at all. I'm just having trouble completing dailies and weeklies because there aren't as many people queing or forming groups.

They dont need to lower it down, but they can make a system of voting to start from 11 players after 1 minute of the 11th person enter the instance or something.

Many things can be done if you have brain, just need to implement it. Of course we need to have the will to improve the game, unlike this developer and the @Hime who is supposed to respond in this thread as this is a totally valid thread with genuine response to improve the game, but yet to even say a word after a week of this thread being made.

See I was thinking that but I don't think they are capable of doing something like that because...well....you know..lol

  13. I can clear this up. This exploit has been around for months. As of this moment, we don't know if it's being patched or not. They haven't even told us what changes they are making today. The support team either has not or could not patch this exploit until maybe today. This same support team created the ban system we have today. Basically what I'm trying to say is, the same amount of effort that was put into patching this exploit, is the same amount of effort they put into making sure that people don't get banned for the wrong reason. Yes, these bans are sort of unjust. But because you are involving yourself with items that were obtained by abusing this exploit, somehow, the anti-cheat system got a hold of this and banned them both. Mainly because of their level I believe, since it's pretty hard for a brand new player to obtain an outfit like that legit. However if it was an alt of yours for example, it probably would just gloss over it. So your kind of right, but your also kind of wrong. Tell your friends to talk to support.
