The races are an absolute joke in this game. There is zero backstory on the races so basically they are wearable skins for you male/female/child toon to wear.

- six different Reputation Charms with a 24h cooldown. Besides that the good ones have to be found first, why are 1000 and 5000 charms still a thing, when increasing the reputation lvl and the reputation experience cap to 500 000. Finish the daily challenge every day and we already have our 24h cooldown charm. I get it, you want us to transmute the charms for extra costs...
- Legendary Gem Hammers... Feels like waste in trove since we got tons of them by other events which is actually nice. Since they are not sealed in trove it isn't even possible to sell them cheap to new players.
- Scion's Maze Key - 40 seconds of running not to mention there are plenty of keys as the boss drops them for sure.
- Silver Scale and Silver Scale Fragments are so easy to obtain, another useless reward because of the very limited amount of scales that are actually needed for upgrading.
- Moonlight Bud - I really wanna know who is paying cash/hm coins and gold to get this item from trove.
- Master Material Chest and Grand Master Material Chests are the first things that are thrown away in every dungeon, just another trash definitly not worth buying.
Not everything is bad, there are charming rewards in this trove such as the fused square gems, Wonder Ascension Stone Chest, Wonder Radiance Stone Chest, Oils of course, etc...
But even with the guaranteed crit trove still feels like a mess because:
1. the crit actually contains only skins, but you want to gamble for progress or the other way around. --> Pair skin crits even stronger with high material rewards.
2. After buying NCoins for real money or Hongmoon coins for gold there is another payment in gold to get the item. I'm still looking for a gambling hall, where you have to put another hundred bucks in the gambling machine just to recieve your reward of 200 bucks. If you found one, then let me know. Where the hell should a new player get 4.5k of gold to buy the Wonder Radiance Stone Chest? Yes, he/she actually has to pay even more money to get some gold in F9, that's how to loose new players who can count to 3 in seconds.
When I saw they sank so low to put meat dumplings in this Trove I was done with it.
You were allowed to login and beta test it for them so that's your compensation.

NCW typically releases op classes and then nerfs then after a few months, this time they went out of cycle and did it a lot sooner. Enjoy your new rotation!

Most here only argued about frilly costumes and ignored everything else for years. Matters that only affected a part of the population were always buried under the rug, since it didn't affect them, at least in the short run.
Now with all these problems stacked, there is literally no way to revert them. We are just too far into it.
And with the reputation of bns being so severely damaged, gaining new players is like roulette. If they are lucky they end up with a good class, but almost always the one they didnt want at the end game, if they ever reach and if they will ever stay.
This game is no MMO anymore, its a solo RPG and the ones that didn't raise their voice or nodded at everything ncsoft did, are part of this mess.
The game went into the direction with the most yes sayers and that were the customers that paid despite everything for years, so good job on that. Impressing people that are no longer there. Lets see how long you can keep yourself afloat in dos meter until you become a fish yourself.
If not the server then the gameplay, is long done for. The servers follow afterward.
These guys are literally thanking ncw for this and not even realizing they just spent 3 weeks beta testing an unfinished update.
You live in SA, your ping will always be trash and no they have no intention of making an SA server.
14 days of premium is a joke, we have been beta testing this trash for 2+ weeks now and should be compensated in a meaningful way.

NCW already made their statement; fix next to nothing. So your options are a) deal with it or b) quit, like many have done.
I can assure you they could care less about any of us leaving, and last weeks update is evidence of that.
If they decide to ban BnS Buddy what little player base they have left will likely get decimated even more.
If you could go on ahead and stop using the term miscommunication that would be great, since it doesn't mean you think it does.

about this i think that the better idea to get this would be
left normal as was it was
make a "training mode" that have the hardmodes mechs but without a wipe and actually if you want dont get gold about it because the idea is not to get it as a quest but to get prepare to learn the mechanics of the hard mode and that way actually you will not get problems with the "name misunderstanding"
and tsm dont have hard mode so why to change it too?
If you want to train we have an F12 for that, there was literally zero reason to adjust the dungeons in any way.
So ah what hard mode mechs did you intend on training people for when you added the lightning mech in MSP or maybe you could just point me to HM MSP is.
