Unfortunately, there's no GM in NA. As usual, NC will ignore you because they can't fix this ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ issue. NCNA doesn't want you to see how incompetent it is.

In EU, they work and NCSoft only looks at EU. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut NA down in the near future given how much they ignore it.
