Exchange Currency - What the hell happen?

So today I was about to put sell my gold as I always do and noticed these weird sales of 30G for 6NCoins (so I said to myself puff whoever did that will be nuts, it is just better to keep selling the 1000G as always...) but to my surprise you can't set sells more than 30G.

 

So my question is... is this a bug or did the developers do it again, changing ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ without saying anything?
