Infernal Wing Cape status

Please make Infernal Wing Cape available on some other npc merchant.

 

With Soulstone Plains (SSP) gone now there is no way for us players to complete the Infernal Costume set. Farming costumes is one the little joys some of us still enjoy in-game.

does the recipe even drop anymore? so many recipes did vanish already. doubtful NC does give any kahoot 'bout outfits, though I'd like to see some return. Usually I'd ask you to mention it within our outfit megathread. However since @Green Storms sad departure we no longer will see that come to fruition.
