The game seems to be dying. I'm not sure if everyone is Russian and now are fighting in Ukraine or what but no one seems to be running anything. Spend 10-15 minutes in f8 just to get 3 people for a run... time to move on.

Since you posted this about 1-2 hours ago, I will assume you are in North America.

 

In North America, it seems that people no longer use F8.

As Cupidstar says, F8 has been dead for awhile now in NA/Yura server. Most players will recruit in open world now.
