Can't change specs on sanctum bracelets

As title said, when i preview my thunder rage bracelet (godhand tier) i cannot change to 2nd spec, there is no option or tab to do so, is this a bug or do i need to farm another one?

It's intentional. When an accessory loses the ability to be upgraded, it also loses the ability to change specs.

Does it have stages?

 

Then you can switch it at stage 10

 

Does it not have stages?

 

Then you can not switch it.
