Games undergoing maintanance

Does anyone else have the problem that as soon as you click the play button, there comes an error saying "Games undergoing maintanance".
I looked through the forum but I couldn't find any informations.

 

Previously I couldn't even start the launcher. I had to redownload it in order for it to work again.

Did you guys uninstall your UE3 and install the UE4?

 

Because the UE3 version will never come back, so it will be Offline in the "undergoing maintanance" mode forever.

Ah yes! I  deleted the old game and installed the new version. It works now! Thank you :))

everytime i redownload game it download the UR3 version and i cant play.
