purchase limit reached.

hello.

for more than 36 hours now it says that i've reached the purchase limit for ncoin.

a GM has responded to my ticket saying they fixed it but it hasn't been fixed. is there anyone (forum GM) who can look into this and potentially speed up the proces?
i want to buy more ncoin.
