October 14 EU Weekly Ranking Reward Issue

Hello all,

Last week we had an issue where not all Jinsoyun players were able to claim their Battlegrounds, Arena, and Den of the Ancients Weekly Ranking rewards. Due to the ranking rewards not distributing correctly for the week of October 14, we will be rewarding players who ranked the following items:

 

Duel Match / Tag Match Ranking (All Ranks)

• x3 Excellent Hongmoon XP Charm
• x2 Ordinary Experience Charm
• x90 Soulstone
• x1 Naryu Tablet

 

Duel Match / Tag Match Ranking (Rank 1-30)

• x90 Soulstones 

 

Battlegrounds Ranking (All Ranks)

• x3 Excellent Hongmoon XP Charm
• x2 Ordinary Experience Charm
• x15 Moonstone
• x1 Naryu Tablet

 

Battlegrounds Ranking (Rank 1-90)

• x15 Fusion Stones

 

Den of the Ancients (All Ranks)

• x3 Excellent Hongmoon XP Charm

 

If you are to receive these rewards, it will appear as a code in your Account Management under Apply a Code.

 

For those of you who have ranked in Clan Battles, since we could not reward each buff individually to each clan, we will be running a Battle Frenzy Event (200% bonus reward) to Battlegrounds and Arena PvP for three weeks. You can read the Battle Frenzy Event details here.
