Loading screen bug

Plzz guys help me in act 10 chapter 2 when i enter to watch the story of mushin the screen always bug and it wont enter it always get stuck in 10% loading and when i click the mouse 3 or 4 times its not responding plzz guys i need help  

I forhot to tell u before that when the screen loading come their was a "file corrupted error" i did like bns help system said i deleted the file and enter the game when i did that the loading screen stucked i need that to continu the story i need help

Did you try pressing "scan file" on the launcher so it checks and repairs your installation?

I was gonna do that but i remembered i deleted those corrupted files what if i do that and something bad happens?

If a file is corrupted and you delete it it means the game does not have it anymore and it needs it. So by doing a repair it should re-download any files that are corrupted or missing.
