is the game forgetting setting changes for any1 else?

i've been tryin to rearrange my characters and change a few things w/ my chatlog yet everytime i logout/quit the game  these settings revert

 

edit: forgot to mention this started around the time this past trove ended

heres some way you can fix that issue...

 

 

make sure to log out game without ending the process through task manager/bnsbuddy, after applying new settings.

 

-after entering your pin, on the  character selection page ...look to the bottom left of screen you will see an arrow pointing down says load ui, click it, select pc setting...confim. make your changes then quit game using the correct method...

 

start it up again and see if the changes were accepted if not check the arrow again make sure its on pc setting and do the changes again. gl
