Returning player

So i left my character on 50lvl with end game gear, only to find out the game is crap on fps stutter and freezing.

Everything on maxed i get 20-100fps 
My specs
 i7 7700k, rx 5700 xt, 16g ram, 144hz monitor, ssd evo pro.

 

Is there any fix or shall i just give up hope?

There are some tweaks but you will not reach stable FPS in Raids and 6v6 PVP dosent matter what you do. If you where talking about this.

Yeah i guess so, i mean i'm in the tower and i get 20-40fps while in bamboo village when i'm not moving 220-240fps if i'm moving 70-808fps.

Do you think if i lower settings will be more steady?
