Shadow Slayer costume?

Hi,

I noticed in F3 the costume "Shadow Slayer", which is in the event costumes tab. But I can't find it in the event tab in the dragon express, so any information about this? There is also nothing about it in the patch notes. Please don't tell me it's just in the wrong F3 tab and supposed to be in the HM store tab and will be in the next F10 costume rotation

edit: I've read the article about the pvp tournament "There will be a Twitch Extension you can interact with to claim rewards as you watch. (...)The rewards you can receive will vary, and they can include (...) or the exclusive Assassin outfit!" So is this the costume you are talking about?
