"failed to create D3D9 device" then after i click ok another one pop up saying "Runetime erroe!

Step 1: Download the Windows Media Creation Tool

Step 2: Upgrade to Windows 10 (assuming you already run Windows 10)

Step 3: Try to start the game again.

 

If it dosent work then try installing Visual C++ 64bit and 32bit.

 

Thats what i did the fix this problem.
