What can i seal with Brilliant Sealing Charm?

I want to change my character, from Warden, to anything that is high range, (I'm still thinking about this). So what kind of equpiment, i can seal, and send to another character.

All of it except soulshields basically. The tooltip tells you how many fragments you need.
