I've had 6 characters, 3 of them were HM10+ and the rest 3 were just newly opened.. Now I've 1 slot booster and 2 60 lvl starter boost. I've been playing this game for 2 years, I don't know what to do atm, I'm like what the actual ......... Will they solve my problem? I hope, yes... Unfortunate incident...

Just to be sure, did you login to the correct region? For BnS there are 2 regions NA and EU, they have seperate characters. You can choose it on the launcher.
