Change skills on bar

So  yes, you can move about every frame and skill, your LMB,RMB slots and everything in between but you cannot change the  skills individually for 1234 & yxcv.

I find  it totally inconvenient to have my block bound to the key 1, which of  course can be rebound to something more fitting but that leaves me with the problem that the interface still has it shown on the  position of "1".

Is there a way to move the skills  on the 1234 & yxcv slots individually?

No, aside modifying game files there isn't. this is how bns combat is.
