Known Issue Weekly Challenge Resets on Tuesday

Hi all,

As some of you may have experienced, we have an issue with the Weekly Challenge resetting on Tuesdays instead of the usual Wednesday. This issue has prevented players from claiming their rewards, but also not giving them the remaining time to complete their Weekly Challenges.

 

We do not have an estimated time in when this issue will be resolved, but please be aware we are actively troubleshooting and working on a resolution with the development team. We also understand that many players have missed out on their Weekly Challenge rewards, and working on a plan to make sure players are rewarded for their patience as we continue to work towards resolving this issue. In the meantime, if you can, please complete your Weekly Challenges before Tuesday 2:00 p.m. PDT / 23:00 CEST.
