Act x The Gathering Dark - Chapter 6: Reaching for the Sky

Hi i'm stuck on that quest, it suppose i have to go Skysage Peak by using the path behind the Valindria Waystation, so when i try to climb the waterfall i cant dash and i already make all purple quest anyone can help me? 

 

I did something wrong or that hideout is not the way to reach SkySage peak.

I did something wrong or that hideout is not the way to reach SkySage peak.

The area you need to go is literally behind the building. It isn't in the hideout.
