Golden Fish Oil can't be use on A9 -> Shadowforge/skyforge??

Golden Fish Oil can't be use on Aransu 9 -> Shadowforge/skyforge 3. But you can use Aransu 9 -> Grand Celestial 3. Is this known issue?

Sorry for the late response. This is intended, you can only upgrade with Golden Fish Oil within the path. E.g. Aransu to Grand Celestial, Exalted to Skyforge and Storm Dragon to Shadowforge. You can still upgrade Aransu to Skyforge for example but not by using Golden Fish Oil.
