Boosted Existing Character, Extra set of faction outfits

As title says, I boosted an existing character that already had faction outfits. Now I'm stuck with 2 bamboo guard uniforms, 2 blackram uniforms, and 2 stratus empire uniforms which cannot be sold or discarded. How do I get rid of the extras?
