I am so lost (returning player)

Hello folks!

 

Er... okay to simply put, yesterday I was contacted by my friend informing me of new event coming up and about how awesome freebies are given away.

 

SO obviously I started my game to update and logged in... I found the event page but no button for me to register since yesterday... I am just constantly directed to youtube video of the promo.

 

If someone could help me find out just WHERE I am to register that would be much appreciated.
