Unable to reconnect to F8 party

So the issue is, u get disconnected and log back in u are in the open world and you are dead. You have the party pop on ur right to rejoin but "Yes" is greyed out since you are dead .... after you press 4 the party pop up disappears even though u had time to rejoin.

 

This is very annoying pls fix.
