When will ncsoft finally address these ping spikes on EU server?

And no, its not my internet.. that's perfectly fine any other server ping is perfectly stable.
And many many people have this problem

 

Also it's not because the server is overcrowded... it happens all the time..
Usually if its laggy, it will stay laggy all week till next maintenance and then have to be lucky its gonna be alright for a week ;/ usually its not.. been bad like 90%+ of the time since amazon servers..
