Failure to launch Epic Challenge

[Deadly Intent]

On several occasions Epic Challenge has failed to launch despite there being plenty of time on the clock.  This has happened on two out of the three characters I have running the raid and it's happened more than once.  I know there isn't a limit to the number of times you can run it and I only run the raid once per character.  Anyone having the same problem and/or know how to fix it?
