can't download Blade and soul

what should i do? after i begin downloading the wizard (pic at the bottom)

i may not have the same "code" problem, but definantly a problem that fits the name of this thread. The launcher seems to be stuck and cannot download the data.

 

I found out what my problem was, it's my Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi USB Adapter
