launching game not launching

i want to play the game again after 2 years but i keep getting the launcher to stall it this screen.

after clicking play game, dont interfere with any bns related windows, dont close anything nothin' like that. the game takes a while to launch. if it has yet to start after 10-15 minutes there's an issue

its been 30 minutes

check the task manager andd ssee if any bns related tasks are frozen (as in the cpu, memory, disk usage not fluxuating)

 

I guess restart the pc and try again, if it still doesn't work contact support

Maybe you're running the 64 bit version? Idk, but for me the x64 doesn't launch at all, so I switched to the 32 bit version through settings on the launcher.

its the next day and i rebooted. the game now starts up
