Where is my NCoin?

Hey guys Im new here, started couple days ago and I spent 10$ ti get extra character slots, i bought it with my credit card and normaly in all games ive ever played you get the ingame currency withing less than 1 minute however I didnt get anything, I sent a ticket but ive never had much trust on companies support system, it has been few hours now and nothing, is this normal? The momey def went out my habk account tho.

Seeing as it's your first time playing/purchasing NCoin, it can take a while for it register/come to you - it's part of their security system.
