Is there a pick up item/chat with npc keybind? or is it perma stuck on F

Not sure if you've found the keybinds or not (as it has been over 18 hours) but just in case you haven't: Settings > Key Bindings (Tab) > Skill Use > Contextual Skill Slot 3 (under B&S Mode) & Contextual Skill Slot 3 (under Classic Mode). Hope that helps.
