ok first hit of wingstorm applies the new bonus dmg from vt badge BUT IF IS INSTA CASTED OR AWAKENED IT DOESNT wich makes the bonus damage useless because no WL with blackwing would lose time to normal cast wingstorm... maybe pvp?

also thrall circle of wrath DOES NOT activate if the player is more than 5m away from thrall

Ok, I tried it out myself and yea, the VT badge effect only works for wingstorm when you don't instant cast it. Please fix it Q_Q
