Characters missing after Come back to the Game

Hello!

Im coming back to play after a year probably, but my account was empty, i played on the Poharan server and i had a lvl 50 summoner and an 4x warlock with almost maxed gear.
What happened :(

And sorry for my poor english

Sounds like your game my have defaulted to the region on which your characters were not created. Please check the region in the launcher of the game (above the Update / Play button) and make sure you select the region on which your characters were first created. Should the problem persist, please submit a ticket to our Support.

I just tryed both regions but nothing :(
