Game not launching on Windows 10 build 1803

as per title.

 

My game dont even wanna launch after Username + Password through the regular NCsoft Launcher.

 

both 32 and 64bit.

even tried it through BnS Buddy with MultiClient On.

 

also reinstalled the game, no Joy...
