Purchased NCoins and got absolutely nothing. Zero.

as the title says here, i bought NCoins for 20$ and i got absolutely nothing at all, it's still zero coins, i got no transaction history, nothing whatsoever at all, i opened a ticket and now i opened this topic here, this is the very most weirdest thing i have ever encountered in a game, someone help?
