Are you guys able to even alter the game in anyway instead of just importing the game from Korea? If so are you guys open to new hairstyles, new ears/tails, and new outfits that would be exclusive to United States? Maybe even fix some minor issues in Character Models and maybe rework server code to better accommodate all the players in NA servers?

NCWest cannot edit or alter anything without exclusive permission from the Korean developers as far as i know. That's just how it works. So no, they cannot fix or add anything without first consulting Korean developers if it's ok to do so. That is why we have some things changed and made better for us while other things still remain unchanged like for example droprates for certain items.
