Celestial Basin events

Each event lasts for 10 minutes, whats the time between each events? Want to know for this new event's quest that gives the event currency

As you've probably figured out by now, the 10 minutes event doesn't tie into the daily quest for the event currency. The daily quests requires you to kill one of the three field bosses/mini-bosses. But, as for the 10 minute event bosses, there's a minimum time period of +30 (or 40 - can't remember which) minutes and it simply gets longer depending on how many players are farming peaches up to 70 minutes if no one is farming them.
