Azelleza Posted April 5, 2018 Share Posted April 5, 2018 For some reason, after changing my email I haven't been able to log back in. The weird part is that I can log into the game launcher with the same email and pass but whenever I try to log into the website, it tells me incorrect. Am I doing something wrong or is anyone else experiencing this?? The only way that works for me now is to log into the game and then click "Buy online" for the Ncoins which automatically logs me in. If not, you will need to log into your NCSOFT account with your old email first and change it to the new email there: https://login.ncsoft.com/login Should the problem still persist once your have updated your account to the new email, please contact our Support: support@bladeandsoul.com Thank you!
