Blade & Soul texture/graphics problem.

Hey guys, I just don't know what to do & I really really need help here.

I've been playing blade & soul from the first day that it came to europe server and I've been ok with it on my old computer , Recently for some reasons i had to change my laptop to a new one (which is a way better than the older one) But i've been having so many problems.My graphics are high and ok and i dont have fps drop or anything but after some seconds it looks like this:

GUYS does anyone know how to fix this?:( Please please i really need your help.

Is your laptop perhaps overheating?

Seems more like either a bug with graphic card settings, i know nvidia/amd AA/AF settings can cause something like that in other games but never seen this., or maybe just a file repair
